5. Logo Usage
These guidelines identify conditions under which the StreetLightUSA logo can be used by external parties.

The StreetLightUSA logo MUST be used according to these guidelines to identify StreetLightUSA and its services. Any use that falls outside of these specifications is strictly prohibited.

  • Permission must be granted by StreetLightUSA before logo is used in any way.
  • The StreetLightUSA logo may be used in advertising, and marketing collateral, or a website to promote events benefitting StreetLightUSA after the promotional materials have been approved.
  • Use only approved StreetLightUSA logo artwork. No alterations in any way may be made to the logo.
  • The logo must be accompanied by the registered trademark symbol (®).
    ­­­­The symbol may not be separated from the logotype.
  • ­­A one-color logo is only acceptable in a total white version, or a total black version.
  • Do not use the StreetLightUSA logo in products, product packaging or other business services for which a formal license is required.
  • The logo may not be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on any non-StreetLightUSA materials. Companies using the logo pursuant to these guidelines must also display in the primary and more prominent position, their own logo(s), business name, product names, or other branding.
  • The logo may not be imitated or used as a design feature in any manner.
  • The logo may not be used in a manner that would disparage StreetLightUSA, its residents, or its services.
  • Neither the logo nor the StreetLightUSA name may be used in any other company name, product name, service name, domain name, website title, publication title, or the like.
  • Non-StreetLightUSA materials should not mimic any StreetLightUSA advertising, materials, or website design.
  • The logo must never be used to represent the word “StreetLightUSA” in text, including in a headline, product-name logotype, or body copy.

How to properly stage the logo:

  • To properly stage the logo, a minimum clearance between the logo and other elements must be maintained at one inch in either direction.
  • When used with a group of other logos, the StreetLightUSA logo must be large enough to read the tag line.
  • The width of the logo must always be 3” wide on letterhead and documents.
  • The turquoise color on the logo must be PMS 319, RGB 48/206/216, CMYK 63/0/20/0.

 

StreetLightUSA reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the logo, and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the logo that, in StreetLightUSA’s sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines or might otherwise impair StreetLightUSA rights in the logo. StreetLightUSA further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law

We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from our website. Links appearing on our website are for convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the referenced content, product, service, or supplier. Your linking to or from any off-website pages or other websites is at your own risk. We are in no way responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from our website, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, products, or services of such pages and websites, including, without limitation, their privacy statements and terms and conditions.
