Jon S. Vesely - Chairman

Chairman of the Board, Cerex Advanced Fabrics LLC and Chairman of the Board, HarVest Consumer Insulation

Jon Vesely has nearly 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions developing and leading growth oriented strategies in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. He has 20 years of experience leading and investing in middle market acquisitions. Prior to these recent acquisitions, Jon was a Partner at Code, Hennessy & Simmons LLC, a leading Chicago-based private equity firm.  Jon spent 15 years with CHS as the firm managed $1.6 billion in capital.  CHS invested in majority positions in middle market manufacturing, distribution and service business. His responsibilities included sourcing investment opportunities, leading acquisition teams and managing portfolio investments to maximize shareholder value.

After retiring from CHS in 2006, Jon served on the senior leadership team, as Executive Director, at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. Jon received a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and an M.B.A from The University of Chicago.

Robert Erven Brown, P.A.

Bob received a Degree in Administrative Sciences in 1971 from Yale University and a J.D. in 1974 from the Univ. of Wyoming Law School. Certified by the AZ State Bar as a specialist in real property law since 1989, Bob is a Fellow of the AZ Bar Foundation. Rated as an “A‐V” lawyer by Martindale Hubbell, Bob focuses on commercial and real estate transactions for both for‐profit and for faith‐based, nonprofit organizations.

 

Terry Hines, MA - Board Member

COO & Asst. Director- Child Crisis Center, Mesa AZ

Terry Hines has worked for the Child Crisis Center for 24 years, the past 21 years as the Assistant Director/Chief Operating Officer.  The Center has provided child abuse prevention services and education in the Phoenix area for 25 years. A private non-profit agency that opened in 1981 as a 7-bed shelter with a $60,000 budget, it has grown into a multi-faceted, model agency with a $6,000,000 budget.

Terry D. Teets

President and Owner Valley Protective Services which he has grown to over 350 employees in three markets and have generated over $75 million dollars in sales. Terry’s prior distinguished career in law enforcement was recognized for his commitment to working with people and providing the type of services that embodied the meaning and values of public service.

Terry and his family are members at The Grove Bible Church in Gilbert and actively volunteer where they feel called.
