Jami Throne (Fiedler)
Producer
Ask Jami what one fact about her makes her unique from most and usually she’d respond by saying, “Well…I was born in Sierra Leone, West Africa, the poorest nation in the world by many standards.” Although it’s not flashy truth, it’s one that has molded her into the woman that she is today. Jami has a passion for other cultures, but more importantly, for serving people that are in desperate need of it. She never imagined that she’d have the opportunity to produce a documentary on an issue that is so close to her heart. However, it was an experience that she will never forget. Jami graduated from Houghton College in 2006, served with Food for the Hungry from 2006 to 2008, and is excited to be a part of StreetLight since June of 2010. She is married to an incredibly fun, gentle and amazing man named Eric, since 2009, and is excited to be back in the Valley of the Sun.
